v 0.0.9 - Closing the game loop

A first patch after public release correcting the more urgent UX issues :
- the amount of rifts to close and ennemy wizards is now displayed on top of creen, in combination with the map uprade it should help player understand 'what to do next'
- Notification about rifts and ennemy wizard activity are now displayed
- Added some notification to player events
- The game now end when every monster and wizards are eliminated (which is still a bit tedious, but that after some polishing on ux I should go back to content making), there is now a playtets end screen
- The rifts where nerfed to avoid killing beginner wizards and shorten the session lenght
- The ui was a bit updated to improve lisibility
