Build 55 - player character names and primary hand persistance

I worked on user datas today :
You can now choose a display name on lobby screen, which will appear on your in game character online.
You can also select your dominant hand on the title screen.
An unique device id is generated and used to identify yourself serverside, allowing persistance of data between sessions.
I also added some action logging and persistance of data serverside, nothing really usefull curently but in place for the future, a first use will be to remember you job when logging back and avoid to have pick it again.
