Build 50 - NPC Visual update

Since I aldready had all the cutted character skin pieces, I quickly made an npc customized avatar system to make them more lively :)
Also added an idle animation and a vocal reaction when approched by a player.
The weapons positionning still need a bit of work to adapt to models but 'do the job' for now, i'm pretty happy with the result and look forward to add some animations and make the town more vibrant with magus student launching fireballs on training dummies, fighters apprentices sparring in the training grounds and maybe some path movements for commoners.
