Road to be usable

To facilitate sharing and potentially start a community I begin to post window build here communicating with a live server now even if the game is still not really playable.
In order to make it playable the current objectives are :
- blockout a crude first version of the island map with a starting town, a road to the dev dungeon and a zone with random respawning mobs to kill
- improvement to death with a better ghost mode management
- improvement of accidental self hitting with spells
- sound fx cleaning up
- warrior shield blocking improvements
- user identification to display nameplates
- better connection handling and offline room
- a way to communicate (probably a discord in the first time) by voice between player
- safe zones, since there is currently no friendly fire handling
It would still be unplayable with more than a few cooperative persons connected, but the game being unlisted it should probably not be a problem :)
